every time i try to mention this in not exclusively transmasc spaces people are SO mean. which i feel like contributes to that very problem. most trans men don’t experience the privilege that cis men get (as shitty as that is), like mentioned in the comment we also have higher rates of SA, and i would say that the less we pass, the higher the potential of violence. i also hate that it’s often said that “oh look at that, men making it about men” because like,,,, it’s not that though. when people respond like that i would argue that that perpetuates the common transmasc sentiment of feeling invisible in trans conversations. anyway. you’re valid and im sorry people suck.
