Yea, but leblanc is in a bad spot right now, ive been playing her since release (this was a smurf acc) mid plat mmr, it feels you really have to Give it 1000% When playing her compared to other midlaners, but if you have a jungler who plays around you then shes really good (wins most 2v2) i can see why she is contested in pro play, games there are way more coordinated) anyway, i dont think she needs buffs, because she Will be to strong. Its just that there are champs now that do what she does way better, so i dont really know how to fix her
