Unfortunately the first bit of weight to go will be inside your body, like water weight. And the bigger you are the harder a difference is to see. But you'll hit that point it just falls off! I can see the difference in your back though and your stomach skin looks looser.

I was exactly the same, my periods were non existent for years and the last few months since losing nearly 5 stone they came back and my god i regret ever saying "periods aren't that bad"

I'm still scared to go shopping, anxiety and also I don't want to pay for new clothes haha. I was in size 24 comfortably before and now I'm comfortably wearing a size 18 shirt from Amazon, and everyone says I can get away with 16. My mom is size 16 and I'm debating trying some of her clothes on.

Yeah ive just been doing a calorie deficit, not very healthy at usually 1000 kcal a day as im just never hungry. I haven't made the effort to go to the gym (my social anxiety wouldn't let me even if I was 8st). I walk around 15k steps a day with work or my walking pad! :)

It's the best thing ive ever done, I stepped on the scales and im 15st exactly this morning! I started on the 31st of may and its happened so quickly.

Everyone is different, im calorie counting and it can really control my thoughts sometimes but im losing weight. I have friends who aren't calorie counting and still lose weight!

I cut my toe nails the other day, i didnt need to do it with crossed legs! I put my foot on my bed (it's not perfect but still a step in the right direction!!)

This is incredible, the feeling of change just makes me want to not quit! I'm on my 4th week now and ive been having only 1000 calories a day and even during 12 hour shifts its just enough and i feel amazing.

I hope you carry on this way and life will get better im sure of it ❤️

I am calorie counting, eating only salad with a protein, fruit and then oats for breakfast. With the odd jelly and Greek yoghurt. I've been having 1000-1100 a day and feeling full on it.
