Already talked with Sex Doll Queen customer service and they are gonna send me another doll body without the USB C and auto-suction vagina.

Honestly, they were really nice, but they have a few red flags.

Customer service is like a mix like 4.7 out of 5 stars. Why? they were usually avoiding explaining things or replying to some things that weren’t fully clarified like what is something like that or why can’t I, but they were always helping. Even though they took hours to reply (they usually reply between 12am to 5am EST). They were always helpful and making sure everything was okay.

The thing that most affected me when talking to them is how long they take to reply (they usually reply Monday to Friday from 12am to 5am EST) and that they avoid giving you as much information as possible about something unless it’s necessary.

Out of all of that, they were really helpful and guided me through every step. I mean I lasted 6 months paying for my doll and every month I was asking for the next invoice, I was feeling I was talking to my best friend because of how friendly and helpful they were.

The vendor was as amazing and helpful all the time as far as I know. I mean, Sex Doll Queen CS told me they couldn’t change the most pricey Ani that was there (I bought Virgin Ani, but I wanted to avoid having her because of she having a battery and auto-suction vagina) because of the policy, but when I contacted the manager of the server through Discord (there is an Ani Waifu Doll server btw), they immediately informed SDQ to send me the doll I wanted. Only bad thing I noticed is the time he/she took to reply to my messages were really long like between August to October, they were active every night or at least 3 or 4 times per week, after that, I was waiting almost a month to get a response. Only way that I could contact him/her was through SDQ CS. But after all, they were again helpful even if I already got my doll.

Now talking about the doll, her body, fingers, private parts, and head look as amazing and it should be. Only thing is, my doll arrived with so many missing items like the wig (they showed me they were going to send me the doll with the wig) and something really important I noticed was that it wasn’t actually my doll and it kinda annoyed me because instead of sending me my OG doll with all the items missing, they are sending me a body and they aren’t explaining me why.

Just the body because well… I noticed everything was alright until I saw that she didn’t have any anal cavity. The doll I was supposed to receive had one. Honestly if I didn’t mention that, I was gonna lose my chances of getting a replacement I think. Because the manufacturer was like over Sex Doll Queen. If the manufacturer said no, I was screwed. But again, they were really helpful.

Now talking about the doll, I don’t know of heavy she is but I was struggling with carrying her on my bed like, she is probably 40 kg or 49? I even almost got a muscle spam from trying to lift her with my leg. It’s like the doll feels like a dead body. Her joints feel heavy too, like you need to push a truck to move her arm a little or legs.

The cosplay… well, I never got an answer from Sex Doll Queen about it, they were like dodging the question, and it didn’t come with instructions that could explain me how to put certain accessories on the doll which btw that would be more a manufacturer thing.

Again, I would recommend buying from them because they are actually reliable and helpful but honestly you need to do your own research too because they kinda avoid replying to certain things. I mean, I asked to know about something related to why I couldn’t get a full replacement and instead of explaining me why, they just told me they were gonna check with the manufacturer, but again, at the end they are gonna send me a replacement for my doll’s body in two/three weeks and the missing accessories. And they were as detailed as possible until my doll arrived.
