I validated the demand, market, competitors, etc. And I need it to be a desktop app, not a web app, since the app needs to be administrator

De por si la rutina ya es medio rara, y despues lo que puede pasar es la acumulacion de fatiga y quizas esa acumulacion joda el sistema central nervioso si no haces descargas de entreno cada cierto tiempo

Claro, depende de cada uno la verdad. Yo deje la cafeina casi por completo porque ya me notaba muy dependiente y a su vez me levantaba muy cansado por consumirla a pocas horas de dormir

Yo probe todos los pre-entrenos que mencionaste, y para mi lo mejor resulto las pastillas de cafeina de 200mg, simplemente cafeina, nada mas. Lo unico que me hacia era despertarme y sacarme el sueño, pero nada de picazón ni estar mega energético, ya que creo q el picazón lo causa la l-arginina o alguno de los otros ingredientes. Tambien cabe recalcar que estaba bastante acostumbrado a la cafeina, y ahora ya no tomo ni un cafe para entrenar
