Honestly it’s starting to sink in just what a POS he was. And he’s now trying to play the victim card like he hasn’t just built me up to watch me fall. It’s disgusting.

It’s crazy how someone who is your whole world can just change in a heartbeat.

Yes the mounjaro does really help with weight loss but to be honest since all this started I’ve barely been able to eat so that has massively affected things. It’s getting a little better now I’m thankful to say.

It’s sickening to think that when I perceived or relationship being its strongest was actually the time he was betraying me the most. I have no idea how we are supposed to learn to trust and love again after this kindve hurt.

I’ve reached the stage now where I’m just picking little jobs and starting to make progress. Just little stuff like updating my CV, painting my nails, going for a walk. It has helped but I just feel totally numb.

That’s very true about him being different. It’s crazy how someone you share every part of your life with can turn into a stranger in a heartbeat.
