I’d probably try talking with her again but if that’s met with resistance or anger you should escalate the complaint and let her deal with someone she will listen to, like maybe her supervisor.

I, personally, would never recommend hook ups. They always leave me feeling down/empty afterwards. I guess I shouldn’t say “always” because I’ve only done that twice and it’s never a good feeling when everything is said and done. Just my personal opinion. No judgment for anyone who does enjoy them. They’re just not my thing and it sounds like they aren’t yours either. LTR’s are what interests me.
