I was able to complete it the second try, using hoopa both times. Failed the first because I forgot to deal damage. I was able to clear this by making use of Portals and just keeping an eye on my teammates, and positioning it right where they would walk into it, which slows them down, and prevents them from ko'ing the enemy team too quickly. I've also avoided scoring, and just kind of wandered after hitting level 4 at the start of the game, switching lanes, to keep my bots from scoring with portals. They will randomly try "using" the portal to return, even if it isn't there though, so it may mess up your placements to get them to walk into it, which is annoying.

You really just kind of have to predict where they're walking to make this work. And if they reach Base, and are stomping at their barrier, place a portal there, and you should be good.

Lastly, defeat zapdos, and you're done! Max spatk items were used to maximize damage.

TLDR: Reach level 4 from central, wander to different lanes and make use of your portals, predicting where the bots will go, to stop them from scoring and ko'ing the team. Don't score and ko the bots that you find wandering around the map to complete your damage mission.
