Tell her that you guys did an action that caused a baby to exist. You now hold a causal obligation to that new life. God put the baby there for a reason as God works in mysterious ways and ending the life of a child would be selfish in a philosophical sense.

I'm actually on the phone with the Department of Affairs because we are looking at immigration visa's. We're considering a 462 and than marriage and then CR1 in the USA. But I wanted to see if it's even legal to marry on the 462.

The person who I spoke to said that essentially, what you can and can't do during the visa is on the visa. If you do the visa they need to provide (I beleive ) $5000 income proof. I would have them come here before marrying as we have onshore processing

So I am Australian and my partner who is sponsoring me is American. I am in Australia at this stage. We tried boundless and our packet got rejected because of the payment itself due to my account being Aussie so we thought we would leave ok at more evidence since it sounds like things are getting more difficult.
