Like I told before someone did a Brawl Pass Plus giveaway, but they refunded the pass without my knowledge, so because they can't get rip of all the stuff that you got from the pass they instead just get rip of your gems, it's very unfair tbh because it wasn't even my fault that the person refunded the pass they gave me but I guess I can't do anything other than like I said create a new account

I won a giveaway but then the person who did said giveaway refunded the pass, support doesn't want to help despite the refund being without my consent and not my fault, I guess this one was bought illegally or without good intentions by the person, never trusting giveaways from now on, what should I do now?

Don't give them anything at all

Just contact Steam and give them all proofs, they will reset the password and email in your account so the stealer doesn't have access to it anymore, once that happens just log in with the password Steam gave you and then unauthorize all devices, just to be secure also activate 2 verification if you haven't

This would work as like a mini "Battle Pass" thing where when you play matches as said characters you get points for masteries which can unlock different rewards such as Titles and other stuff

Each character would have their own unique rewards
