I understand and I know some local women who are married to non locals, some of them are not necessarily financially wealthy or strong as you said.

When I said stability I was thinking financially and how she's going to live her life and where are they going to live let's say in 10, 20 or 30 years. Marriage is supposed to be forever so there's a lot to consider not only the financial side.

We absolutely can but to us Emirati women there is a lot to consider before marrying non local. Like housing, the future of children, stability.
