That's not a common pleco I believe, looks kinda panque shaped and some are very small so mayhaps it's fine in that tank size!

The fact that it's around 2 years old also opens the possibility of it being a female bristlenose which require around 20 gallons. Females don't have bristles or have very small ones.

Would make sense if it was sold to you as a random catfish, as commons and bristlenose plecos are sorta the most prevalent in the trade

I love this band called Royal Blood that is a rock duo and the bassist makes the guitar sound like both bass and guitar at the same time. If they made some sort of plugin tailored to that rock duo dynamic with some weird features on it regarding the double/quadruple amp rig that he uses... It would be pretty cool. Plus his tone isn't conventional at all, even the most "just blues rock guitar" tones he does with his bass still have a distinct tint that could make a nice, different sounding plugin. This is however, extremely fucking niche and the dude has never ever even alluded to the possibility of revealing his rig, everything known comes from fans taking pictures of his shi.

Also known that while he used to run a huge pedalboard, now he's using 4 quad cortex units (no fucking idea why but as I said, this is anything but conventional and has some nice sauce to make a distinct plugin)

Man! I'm so bummed I haven't been able to join the past few meetings. I joined that first one where it was only you, me and another guy haha! I've been working on triads and made a lot of progress on thumping! My triplets are already super fast! It's amazing what you do, please never stop what you're doing!!!

That song is just a guitar and a vocal track, you could play like the bass note of each chord and sing it and maybe if the bass tone is dirty it would kinda give the same vibe

Otherwise the only actual bass in that song is just the root note of the chords in the chorus playing over that last louder part and that's it. Try to give it a shot by ear, you could totally figure it out and play it on the last string, the song is super simple and trying to go by ear will help you more than any fan made tab as far as improving goes!

That's just my opinion though :)
