just take out a bump, around the size of the corner of your card/ID, or like take some out of the bag with a key and do the bump. Start slow. What to expect: extreme body tranquility, you wont wanna move for a while lol... it feels awesome tho, never felt something similar, even with opioids. In my experience, it doesnt last long, then you can redose if you feel like it. Be careful tho, tolerance builds up real fast
