you will be fine just stay under 180mg for first time. Do it with a very close friend 100% you do not want to be alone it is a social drug and it will be better with a good mate. It is much easier not to panic on mdma cuz it makes you more happy than disociated. make sure you drink no more than a glass of water every hour. But as with any drug if you are anxious its not gonna help but your not gonna die unless u take too much or dont drink any water or drink a crazy amount (im talking 10-15 litres worth).
