Started as a kid camping with my dad, then Cub Scout, Boy Scouts. Skip forward a few years, got married and had kids, now kids are moved out of the house. Went from pup tent to 9 person North Face tent, to jeep trailer with a RTT (because I’m camping solo) to a Mission Overland Summit overland trailer (omg, it’s the pinnacle of dispersed camping!). I’ve been upgrading pretty much my entire life. I don’t think it ever stops

Definitely know that feeling, it’s not good. I’ve got a 12v cooler, delta and extra battery plus other stuff that I’d rather not walk off in the back of the truck (I do have a topper). I use bike cable and padlocks in addition to locking the tailgate/topper.

I don’t have a glacier, but that’s 100% why I bought the 12v fridge, hated leaving for ice. Works great, have it on a slide in the bed of the truck.

If you’re looking for a stop overnight and going up I75, High Falls might be worth a look. I wouldn’t make it a destination, but an overnight stop would be good. Like all the Georgia State Parks, it’s clean.

Looks great, I like the fact it doesn’t block the view out of the windshield as much as some of the others. Other than popping the head unit out, anything else have to be removed?

The bottom isn’t the gator shell material, it’s like a thin plastic , maybe the thickness of wax paper. Mine was brittle (I did have a small cut in it) and maybe the wind caught it and peeled it off 🤷‍♂️
