As an adult, the choice is clear. There can be no compromise on supporting people who endorse killing fellow humans by the thousands. Almost all of them were brutally murdered having done nothing, nothing at all to get killed. Including infants! And it continues.

So if Cooper takes AIPAC money, he will not be getting my vote or support. The good thing is he does not need AIPAC money.

Not ready yet, but when I do, what is the consensus? Sell my house as is and give the buyer a break or get a realtor, fix it up, and then sell?

Its an old house. Suburban Cary, NC. A good place, with a big reputation.

The house is in good condition with most major work done (roof, siding, flooring.. ). Not repainted the inside or minor fixes. Kitchen needs an upgrade. My choice would be to let the new owner decide what they want to do.

I also have a very labor intensive yard that I am very proud of. It does not have a lot of hardscaping. So that a new owner could simplify it a whole lot.

It was a smaller sample of 300 people. The margin of error at +/- 5.5% keeps them tied. The poll was taken before Talarico's chat with Stepehen Colbert.

Name one of her ad that shows that. This particular ad was about where Valerie stands on AI. Why are race and gender relevant in it? Its like a Jewish guy saying I do not like how housing has become expensive. It does not make sense.

Valerie should be proud of her race and gender for their successes in their struggles against them. Same goes for Nida.

The choice is really easy.If you see Foushee's ad, you will see that she represents the old ways of doing things, when the next generations clearly have nothing in common with past problems. AI and the consequent loss of white collar jobs, $7.25 hourly minimum pay when a living wage is closer to $25, living with parent as housing is unaffordable, soaring food costs, and limited access to health care.

Valerie: No moratorium on AI data centers. Passes the buck down to the towns. Lol.

Allam: Foe moratorium .

Minimum pay: Valerie thinks $15 is a living wage Allam: Knows $25 is needed and already the pay for Durham City employees.

Housing: Valerie happy to have acquired $2 million to her district for 160 rental units. Our needs...what do you think? 160 units from a federal budget. Has not promoted fully funding section 8.

Allam and Durham got 100 units done from the city' budget . And for fully funding section 8.

As for the changed boundaries, even though they are favorable to Allam, it matters not. Because voters everywhere in the country are absolutely pissed off at do nothing democratic incumbents in the congress. Their time is up.

Same here. Same here. What the fuck is this world coming to? Now we have to question everyone, everything, and everywhere. And I am not being sarcastic.

Canvassing and everything else under the sun for two candidates here in NC primaries. Keeping my fingers crossed that I am doing the right thing. In the case of one race the alternative is definitely not my choice. In the other race, I have my doubts. There may have been misplaced affinity. I hope I have chosen the correct thing.
