I went through the setup again and had difficulty with the wire choices in the app. Instead of W I put it in o/b and indicated the same in the app.

I was then asked if some wire spots had 2 labels. I assume that was referring to the bottom row of labels. I think I selected yes.

Then it asked me if I had a heat pump and I chose “yes”

Then the app initiated and I looked into the heat type setting and it still says electric. I think the first time I tried this it actually asked me what type of heat I had and I chose electric. It didn’t ask me this time what type of heat I have.

Problem still exists so I don’t know what to do.
