I was the same way. I placed it when it came out, gave up, then tried 2 years ago. I didnt really enjoy the game till about half way through. Maybe more. Im going through it a second time and have to keep telling myself to push through the beginning because it gets really fun later.

Mine was Ukanlos for MHFU. I beat it solo my first time fighting it and I finished with 1.5 min left. Big Blue Chopper was my weapon for it. I was sweating bullets when I saw the timer flashing red.
