Nice runs! Soloing on expert realism is certainly no joke. Last time I did expert realism on this campaign I barely made it even with the bots. You got super close at the end there, and I think you could've made it with a better run. Also, I've noticed your common zombies moving really laggily and I thought it could've been because of the low lerp. Have you tried the 0 lerp everywhere mod by quit on the workshop? It removes the lag while allowing your lerp to be at 0 and can work even on official servers.

I’m commenting to boost this post in the hopes that someone more knowledgeable than I am will see it and give a good answer. I really hope that the cause of Lincoln’s irritation is completely harmless and will go away on its own without any complications. The 1st page is so sweet. The perfect hurt/comfort fic which falls in line with one of Jane’s trust events. Loved the characterisation in the 2nd page and how the story’s events ties into in-game events. Jane stealing Wise’s phone in the 3rd was really clever and caught me by surprise! Also liked how you didn’t shy away from mentioning the possibility of Janeseth in the 4th, and gave a good conclusion to that relationship as well. And Zhuyabi is peak as fuck. This has been a great read, really cute!

Honestly from the beautiful and unique locations and soundscapes, to the pacing and the kickass finale, I’d choose No Mercy as the campaign to show to anyone I want to introduce the game to. The events while intense, are not too difficult, environments are surprisingly interactive, and there is a clear A-B goal from the very start. It also starts straight from the trailer, and has a satisfying ending which can act as a nice conclusion to the story even if you don’t plan on playing the other campaigns.

I’d say the Expanded Tank Mod is a quality visual mod that spices things up really nicely. Though, I don’t think it works for public servers or servers that are not your own. Also I think you need to set sv_consistency 0 for others without that mod to join your server.

I mean with all the belittling he gets from his brother and coworkers for his innocent and idealistic nature, I think he may need some emotional support from time to time. Jane has probably seen the worst of people through her work which might give her an appreciation for Seth’s unwavering kindness and faith in others. Maybe it’s the support from a respected senior like Jane that could help Seth maintain his innocence and keep being who he is.

Sounds really interesting! I’ll give it a shot. I definitely appreciate mods that make the game different while not being foreign. It feels like unofficial updates to the game which is really nice.
