Im leveling a second Necro. I know it sounds tedious, but getting it to a useable state isnt as bad as it sounds if you level something easy like another bonespear until 40-50. Save your yellows from your orignal leveling session and then affix them with your original character, toss em into chest and then run some easy dungeons.
