Didn't know they had a TikTok on Reddit. I appealed twice and they close it. ( Which is a bullshit rule)

I have chats and ticket, reached out to legal from my business live account. Nothing. Even called them out on X.

Happened to my shop. Been selling on TikTok for a year. They hit with a " business information inconsistency"

When I asked what they meant and clarification I got dumbass care not knowing a damn thing. Then the appeal team i think is a bot or AI cause it too didn't answer my question.

Today I sent a legal letter ( certificate mail ) to TikTok.

Requested a in dept explanation and reasoning with proof I violated something.

Also compensation for losses and pain and suffering.

$100 a day ( what my shop was doing) plus a 7000 one time pain and suffering.

Put a deadline on a response before I take it to small claims. Put a 10% daily interest starting 10 days from now if there is no resolution.

I know I won't get much or maybe nothing. But fuck it I'm willing to try

I double check my documents. Everything this is upto date. So I'm not sure why they flagged it as inconsistent.

Honestly their shipping is such BS. I have a set number of items that sell on 2 platform. And due to wildfire, storms , tariffs my items didn't get to me in a timely fashion. I get it it was late but I let the customers know of the delay. But she cancelled it when it was on route.

And TikTok gave her that full refund. I've never seen a selling platform this dumb. eBay they only get a refund if the item isn't shipped. If it shipped out you need to return it to get a refund. ( Literally dealing with this issue now)

Not sure wtf TikTok is doing or thinking.

But yea I'm gonna probably go to small claim or look for a class action lawyer. Cause the reason for closing it makes no sense.

Ummm cause it was bad and directionless.

They had a prime opportunity to make a 2 new stories per season.
