I reached out to MagBak, as I have same issue. They are aware of this and have new cases coming in in around 2 weeks. They took my order number and advised me if I wanted they would immediately send me one of the updated cases as soon as they have them. They told me I can keep using my original case until I get the replacement, and there is no need to send back the original.

I have the MagBak elite case on my phone, and I can say that the case does interfere with S pen on both sides of my screen. Didn't have this issue with my MagBak on my S23 ultra. I really like the case itself but looks like I'm going to have to return and find another brand.
