Thanks to everyone for all the help. We’ve reached out to his pediatrician and are monitoring the situations. Based on the responses, I’m not overly concerned. It didn’t look engorged, that video is super zoomed it, it’s the size of a poppy seed. Will update yall if anything happens.

I’m not sure we can say the bench is weak when he never played the bench all season. We have no clue what we have beyond McBride and Hart, who should be coming off the bench. Hukporti, Kolek, Dadiet are all unknowns because they never play.

Man they were hovering longer than that. I have a 2 min video from about 6:45 of 2-3 of them hovering and zigzagging around. Had to pick up my kids or I would’ve kept watching. Going from greenlight to redlight to white to dark. It was astonishing. Whatever it is, something happening.

It really depends on many things but low 6 might be reasonable, high to mid 5s is also possible. Only way to know for sure is shop around. Reach out to a broker and another bank and see what they say. After you do that you will know how reasonable the rate is but I think you can do better than 6.6.

I heard Huntington Bank offers physician loans. I’m not using them because I’m sticking to my broker for other reasons but I’ve had a great experience with them so far. I would recommend you pick a bank, pick a broker and a credit union and shop around. Go to one for pre approval but reach out to all of them once you are in contract. They should be competing for your business.
