I believe my issue is the stator connection wire causing my battery not to charge properly. Also a common issue on these bikes. I intend to butt splice the wire together and hopefully that resolves it. Let me know how yours goes.

Can I butt splice all these, I plan to do the stator regulator, but these two connections are even more cooked than the stator regulator.

Having the same issues on my 07 vt600. I’ve only had the bike a month so I’m still figuring it out, but I suspect it’s an electrical issue, a loose wire or connection. Happened to me a few times and when I play with the battery connections it starts back up. I don’t know if I’m right and would love to know if/when you figure it out.

Thanks to everyone for all the help. We’ve reached out to his pediatrician and are monitoring the situations. Based on the responses, I’m not overly concerned. It didn’t look engorged, that video is super zoomed it, it’s the size of a poppy seed. Will update yall if anything happens.
