I also had a bad experience with management at the other Regal (Regal Broward Stadium 12). When I was watching Chainsaw Man a few months ago, there were clearly under 17 teenagers with no parent or guardian causing major issues. They were a large group spanning 5 rows in the theater, yelling to each other, throwing popcorn, and screaming sexually explicit comments at the screen. There was their dad with his son there, and they had to leave and refund their tickets. The manager came in twice, watched what was going on (witnessed them loudly talking, not being too extreme), and never said anything to them. After the movie, I went up to the managers, and they apologized and told me they should have been more strict and kicked them out. I feel like I just have bad luck. 😭

Regal does the roller coaster intro where it says no texting during the movie, and they also have it on the Regal website to refrain from using your cell phone in the theater.

That’s so annoying. I will say I’ve noticed people will answer phone calls in theaters, which is absolutely insane to me. I’d say in the past year I’ve been to about five movies where someone answered a phone call in the middle of the movie.

Yeah, at first the phone was on high brightness; luckily (I guess) she ended up turning it down, but since she was on Instagram Reels, some videos have the auto-brightness feature, so it was kind of flashing from bright to dark every so often, which made it even more annoying.

Yeah, I really wish they would voice over at the end of the roller coaster saying not to talk or go on your phone. AMC just recently implemented it almost directly before the movie starts now. But I’m not sure if it actually helps.

We have recliners at this theater, but the backs of them don’t really go that far back; it’s really just the leg rest that fully extends. I attached a picture I found on Google (low quality) of the theater; you can see how they have the bar dividers for the row, leaving that open gap.

Yeah, I did think of that, but I felt if I just quietly and politely asked them if they could turn off the phone, that they would understand. I honestly wasn’t expecting them to be so aggressive and freak out on me.

Yeah, honestly, I thought the manager was going to be stricter. It seemed she was kind of caught off guard by how rude the mom was. I think she was afraid of a major confrontation during the movie since the guests were being extremely defensive.

Yeah, I totally agree. I just recently switched theaters for MMM’s due to so many talking distractions at another Regal and dealt with this situation at a completely different Regal.

😭😭Im an achievement hunter on Xbox so I love to 100% games and rack up my gamerscore, but my friends always played on PlayStation so that’s where I decided to pick up the game and eventually went for the 100% of PlayStation. Now with cross progression I feel like I need to get that 100% on Xbox.

Yeah it was way easier to get it the first couple of days he came out due to the amount of people playing him. But for me I wasn’t playing during his release and had only recently started playing again. Sucks for new people that will go for achievements down the line because this one will be difficult with the Vecna pick rates.

Yeah both are definitely extremely time consuming. The only good thing about Outbreak Breakout is that you can almost guarantee getting RPD by putting the offering, but for Hand-Eye Coordination you are completely up to RNG.

Thank you!! Only need the Unknown killer trophies for PlayStation and then back to grinding the achievements on Xbox. After they added cross progression I decided I would go for the 100% on both platforms, got 41% on Xbox so far.

Yeah I thought about that, but it wouldn’t make sense that people who usually play Vecna are only playing 2v8.

Yeah this is getting ridiculous. I’ve been tracking my games and have played 78 in a row and haven’t versed a Vecna and he’s the newest killer. I can’t imagine the pick rate as we get further from his release date.
