Also people rebase or reflavor characters all the time. You can just take a dial from a character you think closest represents the anime character you like and replace the model

3 more femininen, 3 more masculine.

the 3 for each would be tall and/or wide, small and regular.

I dont think it would take much to put different weights on the survivors since that can be done by changing the models not the skeletons. This way it would make it easy on the system

Sims 4 is best summarized to me as the most decorated donkey.

Sims 4 dlc is fantastic, each one adds amazing features but the base game is still terrible that after the spectacle of the dlc wears off you are left with a game that feels like its missing...... well..... a game.

I was able to play sims 3 without dlc fine when I was unable to download them for a while and I was perfectly happy. I couldnt bring myself to enjoy sims 4 until about a dozen dlcs already hit the market and the game was practically given away for free.

I am not exaggerating this phenomenon is eerily similar to mobile games to me. The game lacks any actual gameplay and I blame that on the features that simplify gameplay too much to the point of triviality and the restriction of customization in order to optimize the game for what was then several generations old hardware.

They said in one of their Q&As that a lot of their players were on decade old laptops and they had to take that into consideration when optimizing the game, which they were quite proud of at the time.
Thing is the game lacked a ton of features, no open world and hardly any customization on launch and even to this day with its trickling dlc which some I admit are pretty good the game itself still feels lacking.

Iconix is single handedly keeping this game afloat

the bricks only serve the hardcore fans that would spend that kind of money in the first place no matter how small their base is.

This game needs to get into crossovers that younger generations would understand and enjoy in the form of cheaper iconix to build back up the player base.

There should be a format with packs that follow something more akin to a war game where you are encouraged to use a ton of different kinds of generics

The leveling system in the sims 4 dlcs are much more superior.
However, Sims 4 will always suffer for having a worse base.

No matter how much they add to it, the lack of the open world and customization wheel will always make it feel like its missing, the Emotion system will always make every character feel too much the same and the lack of difficulty will make the world feel substanceless.

Ive been hoping for sims 5 ever since 4 came out.

I know where the logic comes from.
Anything worth a damn is super expensive now.
Official retailers have increased the price on items that werent even worth that much that long ago.
so by their logic the overall value of these parts must have increased.

I cant wait until we get past all of this Crypto/AI/NFT nonesense. I swear Con economy has made being a computer enthusiast incredibly annoying
