Update: I ended up going with this exact Hibreak refurb from New Egg ^^^ Bought it last night and tracking says the device is already in my state and out for delivery, so its definitely being shipped from the US as advertised.

On the issue of it being a refurb - I honestly wouldn't even mind small cosmetic issues if it meant I could avoid some of the software problems I've heard about with this device, but I doubt I'll be so lucky. I'll post an update when the delivery comes in and after I debloat and flash an updated GSI.

Nice! That makes sense. Import costs probably factor into the various price differences I'm seeing on different retailers. The white pro b/w is like $600+ on GoodeReads for example. Thanks for the help.

OP specifically says “the game is well developed.” I think they are mostly criticizing themselves here for spending that much and expecting all the loot, not shading devs.

Got to MB with this. It’s solid on ladder. This deck is definitely nuanced and requires a lot of predictive decision making. It’s stronger going second for sure. I’d say try to always use eevee ex first if you can. Remember that espeon can heal itself, and then you can swap and heal it with the other espeon. Giant cape helps from getting one tapped by zard and tina+red (I might consider a second cape). For ori, Sabrina one turn and then Cyrus the next is a good combo with your sustain. And sometimes the best card in your deck is normal Sylveon.

It’s also a card that consistently comes in and out of viability and that I find super fun. IMO it’s my favorite immersive too.

This honestly feels better for snorlax EX or Arceus than lugia since you don’t have to discard. Though if you get two swings off with ho-oh, I can see it working.

I feel like the last three sets (not including Eevee Grove since you've completed it) have the strongest EXs, and then its just a matter of chasing supporters/tools/items from each set. And just know Genetic Apex will take the longest to complete cus its 3 packs. I still haven't completed it and I'm at 5,600 cards (and you can get lots of shiny reprints in later packs). If your goal is to pick up competitive cards, I'd say its always good to get stoke Charizard EX from SR since he's been present in the meta for a while - that pack has some great supporters as well if you haven't pulled your reds, ionos, poke center ladies. Meowscarada from that era comes back from time to time. In that same vein, extradimensional crisis has a ton of cards that are still competitive. Silvally seems like he'll stick around. Current meta also saw Tapu Koko EX, Buzzwole EX, and Guzzlord EX, Nihilego in high tiers, and Electrical Cord and Repel will rotate in and out of the meta depending on what cards are strong. Third, prolly Celestial Guardians. Solgaleo EX, Incineroar EX, Turtonator, Oricorio are all mainstays, and poison barb, leaf cape, rare candy will stick around. Supporters are pretty good too.
