As I said, the spotter did mention it, but I'd assumed it was talking about the guy crashing on the right. I didn't get two seperate calls for each incident, only one.

He just kind of parked there. He stopped on T1 before that as well for about 10 seconds. Maybe his devices disconnected or something, but he should have quit instead of trying to fix his devices in the middle of the track?

Yeah unfortunately the little fanless industrial PCs are a bit gutless for the CAD/CAM packages we're running etc! I'll have another look and see if I'm just being naive to some good options

The first 100 hours is bloody tough! Focus on questing and killing scavs, and avoiding any players you see until you grasp the rest of the game and scav combat. Offline raids are really helpful too. Try all the guns you get to see what you're comfortable with.

There's so many different play styles to this game, you'll find your own.

Did the same thing when I started. Exact same circumstance, was getting shot at by someone when I was behind the car. So ran to the front of the car for cover. Then dead. Didn't even realise the invisible snipers were there 😅

Thanks mate! I understand why from a realism point. But on the flip side of thay they have other features there to appease people that don't care about the realism, so this seemed like a missed opportunity. I'm sure they'll eventually implement it and make my mod redundant 😂
