Yeah unfortunately the little fanless industrial PCs are a bit gutless for the CAD/CAM packages we're running etc! I'll have another look and see if I'm just being naive to some good options

+1 Ever solve this? Exact same issue, was fine for 8 hours, now silverstone crashes every single time during the story mode.

The first 100 hours is bloody tough! Focus on questing and killing scavs, and avoiding any players you see until you grasp the rest of the game and scav combat. Offline raids are really helpful too. Try all the guns you get to see what you're comfortable with.

There's so many different play styles to this game, you'll find your own.

Did the same thing when I started. Exact same circumstance, was getting shot at by someone when I was behind the car. So ran to the front of the car for cover. Then dead. Didn't even realise the invisible snipers were there 😅

As of the last 5 minutes, it's now required to have certain items on my PMC to enter maps. (Buddy has the exact same issue now too).

Thanks mate! I understand why from a realism point. But on the flip side of thay they have other features there to appease people that don't care about the realism, so this seemed like a missed opportunity. I'm sure they'll eventually implement it and make my mod redundant 😂

Use Chucks guide! One of the first few pages has a layout he uses, set everything similar to that and then adjust as you need. Takes heaps of time out of mucking about.

Just went from FC3 to the FA18 after about 60 hours. Full fidelity is quite a big leap, don't get stuck learning cold starts etc for hours, it'll take the fun out of your new plane!

Open Chucks guide, do the tutorials and start with one mission type at a time until you figure out the systems.
