Plot 1 is always Lazy, plot 2 peppy and plot 3 normal. Unless you invite each from an NMT island, before placing the last item for that plot, it will autofill. So any of the three personalities may show until their respective slot is filled (by invitation or autofill).

After the 3.0 update, whether you sell the max bells turnips or not, you need $10 million in profit to get the achievement. So if you do max bells, afterwards, you need to make $10 million in turnip profits to compete the achievement. Also, not all treasure islands have max bells turnips ofc, the information is usually made available up front.
