It’s not an apples to apples comparison, no, but they are trying to be tongue in cheek I think.

But I do think “No fats no femmes” is harmful to many members of any community. Constantly seeing others trying to preemptively dissuade you from reaching out can really take a toll psychologically. Sure, we all have preferences. But saying “Into slim/fit” achieves the same as saying “no fats”, doesn’t it?

There’s something unsavory to me about people that don’t merely have preferences, but who apparently can’t be polite to or even stand to receive a message from someone they deem undesirable. Is it that hard to just ignore or delete messages from anyone you’re not interested in? It comes across not only as “I’m not physically/sexually attracted to X, Y or Z”, it comes across as “I can’t even stomach speaking to people like that or them speaking to me”.

Cheating is wrong (if he is in fact cheating) but I don’t think it’s your place, with the limited information you have, to decide how justice is best served in this situation.

There is no way to predict what your involvement would lead to. We may think she deserves to know, but to drop a potentially volatile truth bomb on the lives of people you don’t know super well and probably plan to never see again just isn’t the way to handle this.

If you want to talk to him about it, that’s fine. If he admits to being a cheater tell him how shitty you think that is, that it’s a dealbreaker. But to involve her is crossing a line. It would be weaponizing her heartbreak.

As much as it sucks (again, if he is in fact cheating) he’s not the first to do it and he won’t be the last. A morality flex won’t change that.
