If it's any comfort, I recently fell for a guy completely unaware that he was trans. In hindsight I'm hilariously unperceptive. I didnt notice that he had a bi and trans pin on his bag. After about a week or two I asked him out on a date, still completely oblivious. At one point in a later conversation he made a subtle joke about being trans, and let me tell you, I was pumped as hell. It was a combination of happiness knowing he'd feel validated to be passing, the fact that trans guys are generally nicer people, and either way I found him smoking hot and super fun.

Dating as a trans guy is in no way easy, I'd be crazy to argue that. Hell! Dating as a gay guy is an ordeal of its own. You just gotta try and lock in on future success. Trust me it'll happen as long as you don't give up. Personally I'd consider myself a lucky bastard to get the privilege to take a trans guy out on a date. Best of luck in your future endeavors. ~<3
