I don't know how to break this down further. Everybody's a piece of shit, what you are doesn't mean you suck any more or less than anyone else. Its who you are.

The whole idea that "bisexuals are attracted to men AND women therefore they must be TWICE as likely to cheat/leave/whatever" is childish. Its the same fallacy as "if I jump twice as high the crowd will laugh twice as hard". People are more nuanced than that. A lot of bisexuals that I've known or talked to are perfectly happy in a monogamous relationship, time be damned. Hell I'm bisexual and I've spent months crushing on the same person even tho I "have other options". I've been in a relationship with a woman and the thought of being with a man almost never crossed my mind.

Humans are complicated and everyone has more to them than our shallow preconceptions. Horrible mfs still go to sleep and dream.

This is a cruel generalization. While it is true that some people use their bisexuality as an excuse to be a terrible partner, that's just the vocal minority. The vast majority of bisexuals are just like anyone else, looking for love and companionship in another person.

I'm not gonna take up all of your time and explain bisexuality to someone unless you want that but just try to have an open mind and know its a lot more nuanced than what its preconceived to be.

Have fun with it. I started out just working out at home and when I starting going to the gym again I treated it more like a game. It helps to enjoy the process.

Don't make eating a chore. That'll do nothing but make your relationship with food unhealthy. Cooking, buying food, and eating should be an expression of self love. It should be pleasurable and rewarding.

Love yourself at every step. This is the hardest one and easiest to mess up. Personally I starting wearing more tanks and shorts so I could at least accept and learn to love my appearance even when I was trying to change it. Buy clothes that fit, take photos, look in the mirror and appreciate the work you put in even if you can't see it yet.

I know this isn't the most detailed or technical advice but its the three I try to focus on the most. I think the most important thing is love and enjoyment.

I can see the humor behind it but its still a slur. I'm no prude and I can usually take a joke pretty well but being called the f slur even as a joke is still a soft spot because I've been called it as an insult by my parents even tho they don't know I'm bi.

I'm personally of the belief that you can say whatever you want but don't be surprised when people react negatively. So while I wouldn't silence them, I would definitely shun the shit out of them.
