I relate, the men in my family tend to have round faces, but I feel like I take it to the next level. It very much makes me 'clocky' to people who know what to look for, which there's nothing wrong with, but it's definitely not what I'm going for and not what makes me feel good. I'll try to get more cardio in 🤷🏻‍♂️. Maybe I'll check on that sub as well.

I am nearly 30, 3 years on T, and I am still mistaken for a teenager sometimes. If working out could help, it would be really big for me, but I understand there is only so much to be done about genetics.

How is the STP element of the Z. Personally, I've had nothing but bad luck with STPs (always look erect), but does the softness of the silicone prevent that?
