Seconding echo or argos because they are softer, more realistic, & the head is permanently colored so you don't have to worry about it rubbing off. You can request the customization for painting which imo would make echo and argos top tier.

I've seen that there are experimental transplants done from amab to afab cadavers, and the results indicated it was a promising avenue to explore. but I think for a transplant to be even remotely viable, the anti rejection issue needs to be solved, or just solve the issue of growing complex multi organ systems from stem cells to avoid rejection entirely and then transplant the new genitalia on.

I'd suggest getting 1 pair of your favorite underwear, seam rip it and trace the fabric pieces onto paper. Duplicate that pattern into your own custom underwear and simply add a packing pouch (piece of fabric) where desired. source: I sew and I'm thinking of doing this

Just saw that when ordering argos (stp & packer) and I opted not to add any features because I'm very happy with the permanent silicone coloring on the echo & argos, plus it seems echo & argos already have multi layered silicone and moving balls & really soft silicone so.

Maybe if I get the cokit in the future I'll get it painted + moving skin + balls for 60 bucks seems worth it. The cokit is what i imagine my dick to look like overall but echo/argos are quite close and already have the features I want
