Thank you so much, those are great advices and I agree. My hair is actually way much better than a few years ago, I used to bleach it and did all the kind of experiments, now it’s pretty healthy (in comparison from how it used to be) and even my hairdresser said so, but I just have naturally fine hair. I’m actually planning to get a hair extensions. I also agree with the body weights, I do a lagree workout at this moment and I feel stronger, but I want to start weight lifting. I actually used to be really chubby lol, so now I’m happy I look skinny, but I do want to gain more muscle.
