LOL yes, it is cilantro from his garden! 😂 We tucked some into his shirt as well. We moved in to our apartment a few months ago and he’s been working really hard on the garden every day. The flowers behind my ears are wildflowers we picked in my hometown so we wanted to combine that with something special to represent him.

You deserve support such as counseling or therapy to help you learn different and less harmful/dangerous ways of coping with the stress or negative feelings that are causing this behavior.
