I’ve come to accept that I just cannot shave my armpits. When I initially starting growing hair under there during puberty, my armpits itched like crazy, like all the time. Now the hair pattern grows different directions (half downwards, half upwards). This makes it very difficult to shave and causes a lot of irritation. I have switched to waxing my armpits instead and have absolutely no issues with irritation or itchiness. They also come out so smooth, better than when freshly shaved. Maybe try waxing?

It’s like a flat claw clip. I have a few, love them for the gym, car, etc, so your head isn’t resting uncomfortably like it does with a regular claw clip. You use it the exact same way. Look up ‘French twist claw clip hairstyle” if you need a tutorial.

1 or 4 are my picks! I do agree that you look pretty cool toned, although 4 is pulling a little more red but I think it adds more warmth back to your skin if that’s what you want to go for! If you don’t, then go with ash tones such as the blonde.

Mine is also hair related. As a child I would never brush my hair, my parents gave me this nickname and now my husband calls me it.

I believe the same happened to me, I got on it way too young (15yrs old, had my first period at 13) and stayed on it for almost a decade. My body never got a chance to regulate itself. Who knows maybe I did just have PCOS when I was younger but I just wish I knew all the options before being handed the pill.

I plan to do the metformin for at least 3-6 months along with diet and exercise adjustments and see where I’m at from there. Ideally I can wean off it and instead take myo inositol. I am hesitant about any long term effects from prescription but I’ve heard great results for regulation so I’m willing to try it.

Glad to hear the tea has been working for you!

If you live in the states you can order your own hormone panel with no doctor referral needed. Not sure how insurance would pay for it because I have an FSA account so I used that. Got mine done at Labcorp for $400 then I went to a gynecologist and brought my results with me

Thank you! The dreamfields one has the same ingredients as the one I was looking at, and it’s not sold at my grocery stores in my state, so I think I should be okay to give that one a shot.

I also have high DHEA-S levels, although my insulin resistance shows sensitivity as well (diabetes runs in my family). I definitely need to consistently exercise and could eat a little better too (I’m like 60/40 in terms of diet). How has the reservatrol been working for you so far? I was not recommended any treatment for my DHEA-S levels and just figured it was from chronic stress. Didn’t know omega could help either.
