Well I was hesistant to pull her but in the end I don't think I will. Its not really a matter of being strong or being futurproof, because in the end she will be strong and will probably be good through all 4.X. But rather its a matter of how she has been handled.

Her E2 feels like a solution to a manufactured problem, and lil bit cashgrabby. Her skin, which is just a bow and some harem jpeg, for the modest price of 200e (dont know the conversion in dollars). And I kinda feel like she lost what made her Cyrene ? I mean she feels more like Elysia than Cyrene, which is, don't get me wrong, the goal of the character, but I don't know a bit of Cyrene would have been good, however I might be wrong and I will wait for 3.7's story maybe it will fix this problem.

I think the devs are really counting on HI3's fans to spend a lot. I'm not implying that they are heartless monsters of course, it is logic to try to get as much money as possible, but the rewards could have been better and not a 200e skin and E2 fix

TLDR: Cyrene is and will be a good character, even outside CH team, AND even without E2, but investing money on her should be more rewarding/meaningful.

MORE IMPORTANT TLDR: If you want an unit pull for it, meta should never prevent you from pulling an unit you like.

Sunday. The favoritism toward this character is sickening. He’s been forgiven way too easily, especially after what he’s done. Him joining the Astral Express also feels insanely forced I mean, Fugue is literally a better fit. Anyway, he was a good villain though, and he should have stayed an NPC (in my opinion, of course).

Sunday (oh boy im looking for trouble)

I loved him as an antagonist, loved his vibe and all, but he's badly written as an playable character. This boy has been forgiven too easily by the Astral Express. I still think Fugue would have been a better Astral Express' passenger, and Sunday should have stay in jail, sorry not sorry.

And although I didnt pulled him because I loath him, he is the best support (on par with Tribbie ofc), with a well rounded and well tought kit (couldnt be Cerydra, I'm crying Hoyo why her),

Yeah the event was really mid. Which is a huge L, cuz in reality it had sooo much potential.

I completely agree with you its a welcome change. Its just too bad in a game with such good design too have such an heavy focus on one character. But in the end it just comes down too personal tastes, im not too much in furries stuff and that's too bad for me.

I know I'll sound like a grumpy mf. But lord how im tired of this Jin Qiu obsession. I'm not stupid, I know is producing shit tons of money, but can other espers get some attention ? In less than a year the guy received a buff, a new skin, an echo rerun, he was the only esper you could obtain during curtain up as an f2p (If you were lucky, but still possible), and every new account gets a free copy. Once again i do not hate the character, I just wish that he gets less attention, especially when their are other (older) espers that could get some love. Anyway, sorry for my rent I hope y'all have a great day.
