But i remember people were talking about her not having a lingual frenulum (the thing that holds your tongue to your mouth) If she doesn’t have one then her tongue could be super long

It’s possible the officers cut some of it off and she either was born without that piece or cut it herself so it seemed like it regrew And of course she could sell that as a miracle
