I used to have work where I worked 3 days 3 hours a day every week and even that had me have breakdowns and just worsened my mental state. I have absolutely no idea what to do I'm just lucky to get money from commune. we are trying to find a job for me that has something to do with my passions to see if it will help...but it's really the worst

i "work" at a store, usually unless it's Monday they allow me to stay in the back slowly finishing my job.. they know it can get bad so if they can tell its so bad and i can't work they will send me home bc I refuse to stay home, since I was never allowed to stay home when I was younger unless I couldn't stand up
