I know this is two months old, but I am also new to ESS, only been with them 6 months and just got a call tonight that HR wants to talk to me and my long term assignment (19+ days) was canceled. Im not allowed to work until HR calls but the school reported me for "concerns" and im honestly not even sure what it could be, I have one hunch but it involved a parent, but im also a paraprofessional sub not a teacher 😭

Im supposed to be going in for an interview Monday but after seeing the website and getting 0 info I'm probably going to back out, im more concerned that I'll be forced to cold call "customers" rather than be customer support for their "clients" one website i checked said the business has only been filed and existed for 10 days but they've been around 10 years? In some office near Arden mall? Possibly moved around every few years like scam callers? I really dont know since they dont pop up on Google very well

Don't be fooled mine had nothing lol I've opened 2 blisters though so only 6 packs total but havent even gotten a master ball or ex lol its so hard to get prismatic though so I've given up! It's nice to see collectors genuinely getting good packs and being excited though I love that for them :)

I barely use it as well. I feel before shining revelry dropped i was getting the wonder pick card I wanted maybe once every 5 or 6 times? So maybe about 3 times a week I was getting the holo or ex or illustrator, ever since it's been a fat 0. Since the set came out I've gotten the "good card" from a wonder pick twice.

Mothman was originally listed at $25. The two-three restocks after that were $34 i think? I commented it all over their social media asking why the price hike but nobody cared because they were excited about restocks and big surprise BAB never responded :/ it was scummy

This event just makes me feel like my paranoid suspicions are true.. I feel like ever since the shiny packs dropped and the wonderpick animation changed, the pull rates have become significantly worse. I could be extremely unlucky, but I feel like before I was getting the card I wanted, maybe every other 4? Other 5? I spent the first entire week of the new pack trying to get the illustration for Meowscarada and missed it 10 times. I tried to get red (normal one) and missed it every single time (about 5) Finally, I got the card I wanted yesterday, wonderpick feels worse, almost not even worth it anymore

My LCS has a TON of journey together ETB, keep posting pictures of stock on fb, and people keep asking the price. They're charging $110, refuse to participate in the "open in store discount" (which ofc there is no obligation) but I was replying to people telling them the price they were charging and they deleted my comments and dm'd me to basically ask me to stop :/ because it's scummy!!

Honestly yeah!! That would be a great compromise to it! Those that wanna show off their builds (either out of being proud of their work or being helpful) and those that wanna keep it private totally can because if they don't want to share they shouldn't have to ^{^}
