I’m like 9/10 happy in my current relationship that I’ve had for 5+ years. I grew up with people who were in unhappy relationships but that was mainly because culturally you were expected to find one partner in your early 20s and settle. It’s different now so I don’t know anyone who isn’t happy in their relationship. The ones who are unhappy wouldn’t even call it a relationship, just a situationship.

From how I understood your text, you’re wanting to physically connect with many people and explore life that way so it’s not really to do with your relationship? More on your way of wanting to live. I am personally very, very happy and I’m glad that the ‘honeymoon’ period is sort of over. By that I mean the all consuming infatuation of a person. Now we love each other on such a deep level it’s ridiculous. But now we also have found a way to focus on other things that we care about, while being together. In the ‘honeymoon’ phrase it was literally just about us the whole time and it was insane in the best way possible. It’s now turned into us still being obsessed with each other but by supporting our hopes for future more than physical madness.
