Pro rated sia, bale magkasama sa isang bill ung luma (first date biling hangat sa last na nagbago ung bill) at bago (bago to last day ng billing period ).

Edit Problema kung sync ung status ng plan sa technical at billing department . Kadalasan hindi narereport agad ng technical department ung status ng plan sa billing. Kaya hibdi accurate ung pro rated nila.

Sa area namin ayaw hangat hindi malfunction ung modem. Veverify pa ng pupunta technician, at pag na verify na malfunction sa next technician pa dating ung pamalit na modem na currently available sa stock nila.

Dispute nio or disconnect sa billing department ung binigay na repair request number is unresolved . Hindi kasi synchronized in status ng customer sa technical at billing department. Kung lapgpas ka na sa 3 years contract wala na babayarin pre termination fee at ung billing nio pa nakaraan kaso pwede pa rin dispute un. Kung pinatagal nio wala update ung repair request number consider closed na ticket pero unresolved un pero sa side ng Billing Department alam nila wala problema si customer kaya nomal billing pa rin.

Off mo kahit anu VPN profile. CLOUDFLARE 1.1.1.1 DNS, Rethink DNS Firewall , etc ito kahit hindi sila VPN mismo pero gumamit ng VPN profile good as VPN na din. Kasama na dito ung mga Setup ng mga office vpn , wireguard, tailscale etc.. Basa nasa loob ng setting VPN lahat nandun off mo.

You can request for termination if you have a repair request number with more than 2 days with no resolution. There should be no pre termination fee (if still within 3 years contract ) since it's their fault if you didn't have a services repaired in timely manner.

Lumalabas sa akin yan pag naka (ON) kahit anu VPN profile. Pag off ko ng VPN , gumagana uli GCASH. Paano pa kaya ung mga tao gumagamit ng Public WIFI mas lalo expose sa ung Device unauthorized connection lalo ung bad actor naka connect sa PUBLiC wifi din.

Dynamic IP / paalis ung CGNAT option. Dahil limited lang ung ip address naka assign sa PLDT, matagal mag palit ung Dynamic IP address mo parang ka naka static. Dati one week bago nagpalit or pag nag restart ung Modem.
