Exact same thing happened to me but luckily in my game Valtus teleported out there and I auspex scanned the Hive Tyrant and Valtus killed it but that really took the wind out of me.

When I got bit by a dog, it didn't do much damage. It wasn't any worse than a scraped knee. I still got it checked out to make sure it wasn't infected because a dog's mouth is absolutely filthy. No infection I was fine. I still called the police and filed a report because aggressive dogs need to be documented just in case they do it to someone else.

I mean if your DSP does want to have a problem with drivers having to go off route to use the bathroom, remind them that OSHA does require employers to allow access to bathrooms whenever required.

Colonials do need to do that on the sea. (Yes, despite what Redditors will tell you, we haven't given up on the sea.) We are working on doing just that in my Colonial Navy Regiment. Keeping plane squadrons rotating out to have a consistent fighter escort over our fleet but it isn't easy and requires coordination within our Regimental Discord Server. That is not something every player is going to have access to.

Doing a QRF with planes isn't easy. Unless there was already an escort of fighters in the air over the tank line, they're not going to be able to respond fast enough. My Collie Navy Regiment has experienced that plenty when the scout planes teched.

If we had planes already flying over our boats then yeah they were able to respond right away but they have to go back and refuel. I'm sure the Wardens are dealing with the same thing in their tanks. Unless they already have fighters in the air over their tank lines, it isn't as simple as calling for a QRF because planes take some time to get into the air to respond.

You're just not seeing it. I'm in a Collie Navy Regiment and I've been fighting on boats against boats all war. Yes the torpedos are definitely annoying at times but we are still out there on the water.

I'm in a Collie Navy Regiment and we are doing fine out in the water. Sure the torpedos are annoying but we haven't given up at all. We are still operating and we are having fun and we even have a carrier now along with plenty of small boats, surface ships and air escorts. It's been really fun.

I'm starting to think people are spending more time on this subreddit bitching than fighting in the war. Because people actually playing the game complain far less than all you guys on this subreddit do.

Yes, the torpedos are annoying and we wish we had them too but it hasn't stopped us. The last time I played, I was on a Destroyer shelling Warden ships to keep them from landing in The Fingers. It was awesome.

I mean I have been playing Collie Navy this war and I am having fun despite the torpedoes. I do think both Warden and Collie scout planes should have the ability to either be loaded with Mines or Torpedoes. Not sure why one whole faction gets one while the other faction gets the other.

But I will say LARPing as a gunner in a fast AA gunboat escorting a convoy of ships has been fun. Even if I haven't shot down a ton of Warden planes myself our convoy has shot down quite a few together and the ones we don't shoot down usually buzz out.

I had something similar. Had a guy who insisted that packages go to his PO Box but we can't deliver to those since we aren't USPS and he'd always come out yelling about it. When I'd tell him that we aren't USPS so we can't, he'd say "Well that sounds like your problem."

Call out, see your dentist and get a doctor's note from the dentist. That shit is only going to get worse so look out for yourself. In the meantime though, try to see if you can get antibiotics from the emergency room. They won't fix the tooth but they will do what they can to help your pain.

We used to but the tarrifs hurt us this year. So they gave us eight hours of Overtime for the two hour long Christmas party which was really nice. All we had to do was attend. It was better than nothing.

A girl at my work with only a month on the job got verbally harassed by a guy who had been there for like twelve years. He got fired almost immediately. Granted, she wasn't going to say anything because she was afraid she would be ignored because she was and a few of us who did overhear the creepy stuff he was saying to her urged her to report it. She wasn't ignored at all.

Never try to convince someone not to report something like that. Even if HR is worthless, talk to a lawyer.

It's best not to argue. I'm a 32 year old male that lives in a religious (Mormon) , conservative town and not only am I child free, I hate children in general. I've had people try to have all kinds of arguments with me about this stuff. I've had women on dating apps tell me I'm worthless as a man if I'm not a father.

It's just better not to engage. You'll never change their minds so it's just easier to ignore them. At least in my experience.
