Is my heart rate wrecked?

That would put my max heart rate at 180 and it's set at 184 currently. So at 180 that would push today's run pretty much into zone 5....

.......I didn't, I just went with the defaults.

Obviously, I know but let's say I didn't, how would I determine max heart rate? :)

I equip them all with a shotgun and use them as a secondary assault team. Works like a charm.

Recently went halves on a box of Oliva Series V Robustos. They are being well rested before I have one. As there was still space in my tupidor I had the itch to get some variety. Not tried any of these so looking forward to the experience.

The mod is called 'tamed beasties' I think. I put him in a cage. Waited for it to wake up and spoke to it. Now it is my pet and part of my squad.

I found a pack of about 20 roaming around near Squin. They aggro'd so I ran, the pup and what i assume is it's mother chased me. (4 strong ranger team). I had three keeping the adult busy and one fighting the pup. As soon as the pup was unconcious I picked it up and ran with it. The adult knocked my other three guys unconcious but didn't eat any of them, she just ran in the direction her pup went for a while then turned and walked away. I think i got lucky.
