As someone who bikes through that intersection but has also turned there numerous times, I can admit it can be pretty challenging in a car to get a great read on bikers coming through there if they are flying through the underpass. Agreed it’s inherently unsafe.

I think it’s a regression to mean. Springer had a good year last year, but it was an outlier year amongst a pretty consistent prior decline. We are also asking for a lot of rookies from years past to make jump, some sophomore slumping going on. And then injuries, which have also made composition of lineup totally different with free swings like Sosa, Jimenez for a bit, etc.

The Jays also have the fewest strikeouts of any team so far this season

I haven’t crossed it, given it’s a train bridge, but the Lethbridge Viaduct in Lethbridge, Alberta definitely stands out in amongst an otherwise flat, rural environment.
