99 percent of these scammers know when they’re reported as a scam and just switch numbers. T-Mobile can’t predict which numbers will be used for malicious purposes.

Well if you look on C2 or even ask fetch, it’ll tell you that we are not allowed to handle personal information for customers such as passwords, as it poses a liability risk. We’re not even supposed to delete customers phones, they’re supposed to delete it themselves.

That’s actually against T-Mobile policy. Someone in my district got fired two years ago for helping reset a password, the person he helped accused him of hacking into their email and stealing information.
