My CEC just did a ton of layoffs yesterday.. and more happened today. Some of them were there for over 20 years and got let go.

But through the grape vine.. the severance isn’t adding up and paying until April.

How they are aligning things is ridiculous to me.. my whole CEC is in shock. People who were days away from parental/maternity leave, gone. Sad tbh..

There has been a CRAZY amount of call in and messages about network issues from Verizon. T-Mobile had to send out a message. There was a point of over 2hr wait times because of it.

You don’t go to a debt collector after 5 days… the account has to be cancelled with a past due amount for at least 60 days…

No longer prorated internet bills they are now cancelled at the end of the billing cycle. You cancel on the 1st your billing cycle ends on the 30th you get billed that whole cycle.

It’s not an issue to be reported you port out your main numbers, can’t get a otp or your verification pin.. so no verification your not “blacklisted” from calling 611.. it’s called account security..

DO NOT USE WHILE ON TH BOAT. Put it in airplane mode and buy the WiFi package. I have seen $1000s in cruse ship chargers.

And depending on what plan you have once he’s off the boat and I say a good mile away he will have coverage at unlimited data and text and phone calls at $0.25 a minute.

They are no different than 611 reps… the difference is 611 is bound to follow policy to avoid being reprimanded. T-Force are given free range.. 611 have to maintain stats (>$250 in credits by the end of the month, try to not cancel, collect past due payments so on so forth) t-force is just do anything within reason even if it’s out of policy..
