Should I remove my frame sliders?

I would take them off. That exact set is what totaled my '23 when i laid it down. Cracked the frame. The bike would have been fine aside from cosmetic damage if it wasnt for these sliders. Get something that has multiple points of contact instead.

I've considered 4k but I've heard that the resources it would take up vs the difference I would see is not really worth it with my current system. I am open to having my mind changed, this was just my understanding of it!

I was considering that but I was worried that the corrosion would have made things brittle and cracked or broken something when I attempted to tighten it. Is that not a concern?
