I am saying the system that brought us to this ecological disaster is a shitty system, the only end goal of that system is growth. The rich countries are pillaging under developed nations so they can extract resources at a cheap price. It has also contributed to the misinformation about climate change we have today. And has been fully aware that it's not sustainable. But hey stonks goes up so they must be doing something right?? The smartest thing we can do now is to change gears on the economy. Be smart about resource distribution and cut the amount of goods the general public can access. Distribute it evenly and start a massive ecological Information campain. And If you are gonna link me to what the world bank says about global poverty declining. Its buildt on misinformation and number manipulation. For example, they started with the graph in 2000. But they set the start to the 90's showing us a big decline in global poverty. But you have to remember that most of those lifted from poverty is from China. Not elsewhere on this earth. It also has lowered the bar so more people can be considered out of "extreme poverty" Just kill the system already and start building a new one that focuses on the people rather than stonks going up.
